Tommy Hilfiger Europe Appoints Brigitte Danielmeyer as Vice President of Womenswear

AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS (JULY 02, 2012) – The Tommy Hilfiger Group, which is wholly owned by PVH Corp. (NYSE: PVH), is pleased to announce the appointment of Brigitte Danielmeyer as Vice President of Womenswear, starting August 1, 2012.

"With over 15 years of experience in the fashion industry, we are confident that she will bring a fresh perspective to our brand’s classic, American, cool style. Womenswear is an important focus for our Company, and we see great opportunities for future growth."

Ms. Danielmeyer, a German native, has worked in a variety of managerial positions in the fashion industry throughout Europe, most recently at Esprit as Global Business Manager and Chief Product Officer of Women’s collections, overseeing design, product management, technical drawing, sourcing and retail.

Ms. Danielmeyer will be reporting to Daniel Grieder, while based out of the Company’s global headquarters in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
