NEW YORK, May 06, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation (NYSE:PVH) announced today it has completed its acquisition of Tommy Hilfiger B.V. and certain affiliated companies from funds affiliated with Apax Partners L.P.
