We offer associates a broad catalog of engaging courses on a variety of topics, such as presentation and communication skills, Microsoft Excel, Retail Math, leadership development and many others. We partner with leading experts and institutions on various topics. Our senior executives are committed to supporting the development of our associates and serve as faculty members for topics in their own areas of expertise; for example, our Chief Financial Officer teaches a course designed to help our associates understand the most important financial metrics to our business.
Through PVHU OnDemand, we support associate development with a catalog of digital courses, videos and other tools available 24/7, which are aligned with PVH Competencies & Core Values.
At PVH, we build leaders. In alignment with PVH University, PVH also offers several custom-designed leadership development programs, which are focused on developing strong leadership, business, and strategic acumen, while building a better understanding of the organization and the industry. Programs are offered at multiple leadership levels, from emerging talent to high potential managers to senior executive leaders.

Our external executive coaches are highly skilled practitioners who have extensive leadership and business experience.
Custom team-building and team chartering sessions are designed to help teams develop strong working relationships and enhance group dynamics. These sessions are recommended for newly created teams or for the integration of new team leaders or members.

We regularly audit our processes to ensure fairness and we support the creation of Business Resource Groups, such as the PVH Women's Leadership Council.
Our performance review process ensures that we provide associates with feedback on performance and guidance for development throughout the year in order to drive a high-performance culture. Our performance management system provides a simple and easy-to-use tool for managers and associates to create and track goals, review performance and create learning plans.
We regularly conduct associate surveys to determine associate satisfaction and engagement, identify areas for improvement, and assess the impact of actions taken as a result of the feedback from our associates.
