Michael Scheiner

Michael Scheiner is the Chief Marketing Officer for Tommy Hilfiger Global. In this capacity, he oversees the company’s Marketing and Communications teams, helping to identify and implement innovative strategies – particularly across digital and experiential platforms.

Michael joined Tommy Hilfiger in October 2019 with 15 years of experience at global brands, including Ralph Lauren, Urban Outfitters and Abercrombie & Fitch. Immediately prior to joining Tommy Hilfiger, Michael was Senior Vice President, Global Marketing forHollister Co., the largest division of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. During his time at Hollister, Michael transformed the marketing organization to center around the consumer and omnichannel experiences, marked by nine consecutive quarters of positive growth. While leading a team of over 100, Michael also served as a member of Hollister Co.’s Innovation Council and Inclusion & Diversity Council.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Michael graduated from the University of Miami’s Herbert Business School in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Throughout his career, Michael has targeted Gen-Z and Millennial consumers, orienting global brand strategy, advertising, social media, product management, user experience and marketing operations around their needs.
