PVH Moves Up the Ranks on Forbes’
America’s Best Employers for Women List
July 11, 2019
For the second consecutive year, PVH is listed on the 2019 America’s Best Employers for Women list published by Forbes magazine.
PVH moved up in the rankings to No. 120 from No. 187 in 2018, the inaugural year of the list.
PVH is dedicated to putting people first, with inclusion and diversity at the center of how the company does business. The company has several programs and resources that show our commitment to women, such as an expanded parental leave policy, a flex back to work program and a flexible work hours and work from home program, and our UPWARD (advancement of women) and Working Parents Business Resource Groups (BRGs).
Earlier this year, PVH co-authored an industry briefing with the CFDA to hold the apparel industry accountable to be both inclusive and diverse. PVH also was recognized by Forbes magazine on the Best Employers for Diversity 2019 list and received a perfect score of 100 on the 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.
Forbes, with market research company Statista, surveyed more than 60,000 Americans, including 40,000 women, working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. The ranking took into consideration general workplace factors, including diversity, development and working conditions in addition to topics particularly relevant for women, such as parental leave, flexibility, pay equity and family support.
