We are Listening, Learning and Acting Together to End Racism and Intolerance

The tragic and unacceptable death of George Floyd – and far too many other examples of racism and intolerance to count – awakened an overdue collective sense of urgency to work toward lasting change.

There is much work for us to do, and we believe it requires placing greater accountability upon each one of us to deliver a truly inclusive future and move toward a world without bias and hate. As a team, we are listening, learning and acting together.

To effect change where we can have the most impact, we have accelerated our own Inclusion & Diversity journey with a focus on three areas: Workplace, Marketplace and Community. We have established our first formal set of global I&D commitments; launched the Be BRAAVE campaign, a program that connects our associates to organizations that fight injustice and reach under-served communities; and co-authored an industry-wide white paper with the CFDA to serve as a roadmap to move the fashion community toward true equity.
