Congratulations, team! PVH was named to Forbes’ list of the World’s Top Companies for Women. PVH ranked third in our category (Clothing, Shoes, and Sports Equipment) and in the top 10% of all companies listed.

We continue to take important steps towards our long-term goal of achieving gender parity in senior leadership roles. To further develop our talent, we have expanded our global associate mentorship program, established a Women’s Leadership Advancement Program in the Asia Pacific region, and continue to support chapters of our Empowering Women Business Resource Group.
Additionally, we conduct global pay equity audits and offer benefits that Forbes cites as increasing gender equity, including flexible workplace programs and expanded parental leave.
