Elisheva Hirshman

Chief Legal Officer

 

Elisheva Hirshman is Chief Legal Officer of PVH Corp., leading PVH’s global Legal function and serving as Corporate Secretary.

Elisheva joined PVH in 2016 to build the company’s global employment law team and oversee commercial litigation. Since then, she has held roles of increasing responsibility, including supporting strategic corporate transactions and key commercial initiatives, as well as overseeing Legal in the EMEA and APAC regions.

Prior to joining PVH, Elisheva was an employment litigator and counselor at DLA Piper LLP and began her career at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she focused on litigation.

Elisheva is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received her Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
