PVH Reinforces – and is Recognized for – Inclusion and Diversity Commitment

PVH Corp. and Chairman & CEO Manny Chirico signed the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge, reinforcing the Company’s long-standing commitment to fostering an environment where every individual is valued.

The affirmation of creating an inclusive and diverse workplace culture, one of PVH’s driving principles, came as the company was recognized on Forbes magazine’s first-ever list of the Best Employers for Diversity 2018.

“It is essential that we provide our associates with an inclusive environment in which to be, and do, their best. Inclusion and diversity are aligned with our commitment to our core values of integrity and individuality, which are simply part of our DNA,” said Manny.

Participation in the CEO Action, along with 350 other top U.S. corporations, includes a pledge to cultivate a workplace where diverse perspectives and experiences are welcomed and respected, and where associates feel encouraged to have open and honest dialogue.

Similarly, Forbes, with data partner Statista, identified companies with both a strong commitment to a diverse workforce and a proactive communication plan to promote diverse company culture.

The ranking took into consideration general diversity among the population, as well as specifically measuring diversity in gender, ethnicity, LGBTQ, age and disability. Forbes and Statista also examined diversity in top executive roles, if Key Performance Indicators had been created – and publicly stated.

The top 250 out of 30,000 companies surveyed were awarded as The Best Employers for Diversity 2018.
