NEW YORK – July 1, 2026 – PVH Corp. (NYSE:PVH) today announced the appointment of Elisheva Hirshman as Chief Legal Officer starting September 4, 2026.
Ms. Hirshman succeeds Mark Fischer, EVP, General Counsel & Secretary, who will be retiring after 27 years with the company.Ms. Hirshman is PVH’s Deputy General Counsel and joined the company’s Executive Leadership Team at the beginning of the year as part of the succession plan. As Chief Legal Officer, Ms. Hirshman will lead the Legal function globally and serve as Corporate Secretary, reporting to Stefan Larsson, Chief Executive Officer, PVH Corp.
Ms. Hirshman joined PVH in 2016 to build a global employment law team and oversee commercial litigation. Since then, she has taken on roles of increasing responsibility, including supporting strategic corporate transactions and key commercial initiatives, and oversight of Legal in the EMEA and APAC regions.

Ms. Hirshman began her career at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP focusing on litigation. Prior to joining PVH, she was at DLA Piper LLP as an employment litigator and counselor, where she represented employers on a wide range of workplace matters. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received her Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
Mr. Fischer will be retiring after more than 30 years of serving the company both as General Counsel & Secretary and principal outside counsel prior to joining the company. He started PVH’s in-house Legal team in 1999, and built it globally through periods of significant growth, transformation and regulatory change. Mr. Fischer will serve PVH in an advisory capacity in advance of his retirement next year.
