PVH Corp. CEO Stefan Honored at Fashion Scholarship Fund LIVE Gala

At this year’s FSF LIVE gala in New York City on Monday, March 23, the Fashion Scholarship Fund celebrated its Class of 2026 FSF Scholars and Virgil Abloh™ “Post-Modern” Scholars—while also recognizing the leaders helping shape their path forward.

Pre-Gala programming began earlier in the day when 160 Scholars attended a panel discussion at PVH’s Calvin Klein Headquarters, featuring PVH CEO Stefan Larsson, PVH Chief People Officer Amba Subrahmanyam and Fear of God founder Jerry Lorenzo with opening words from FSF Executive Director Peter Arnold.

During the conversation, each leader shared learnings from their career journeys, emphasizing the power of mentorship and connection. Rounding out the morning, PVH’s very own Senior Manager of Executive Recruitment Richaun Wilson, moderated a panel of associates, including Tommy Hilfiger PR & VIP Associate Tay Powell, Calvin Klein Design Manager David LoVecchio and Calvin Klein Men's Denim Merchandiser Clay Lute—a previous FSF Scholar and Chairman’s Award winner.

Following the morning’s excitement, participants attended FSF’s 89th annual gala, an evening celebrating the FSF Chairman’s Award finalists and honoring Stefan and three other industry leaders for their commitment to supporting the next generation of fashion talent. The award, presented by Tommy Hilfiger, marked a meaningful moment for PVH—one that reflects both the strength of our leadership today and the legacy we continue to build.

Stefan’s recognition speaks to something core to who PVH is as a company: a belief that the future of fashion is built by investing in people. Through mentorship, access, and real pathways into the industry, partnerships like the one between PVH and FSF help open doors and expand what’s possible for the next generation.

In his introduction, Tommy reflected on the leadership qualities that define Stefan’s impact: “What consistently sets him apart is his ability to connect the consumer, product, and brand—paired with a hands-on approach, tireless dedication, and a deep belief in people. True leadership isn’t just about what you build—it’s about the people you lift up along the way and the impact you create. Stefan is a true game changer for our industry.”

Accepting the honor, Stefan focused on the students in the room—encouraging them to stay curious, seek out connection and keep pushing forward: “You have a unique set of superpowers,” he said. “By listening to your dreams, writing them down, and finding people who have done something similar—and being relentless in your curiosity, creativity, and drive—you will create a career in fashion beyond what you can see as possible today.”

As the Fashion Scholarship Fund continues to support and elevate emerging talent, PVH, through the PVH Foundation, is proud to play a role in that work. It’s a partnership grounded in shared values—and one that will continue to create meaningful access, opportunity, and momentum for the next generation shaping what comes next for the fashion industry.
