Please describe your role in PVH.
Savio
I wear multiple hats in Digital Experience and Enablement team within TPG (Technology and Process Group). While my official title is Sr. Business Analyst, I actively play the role of Project Lead, Product Lead and Scrum Master. I act as a liaison between the business and technology teams cross-functionally driving projects from vision to completion and continuous improvements and support. I’ve successfully led/launched the following digital transformation initiatives Thread, PVH Insider, PVH Cares – Foundation tool, the new state-of-the-art PVH.com site, the Global DAM – The Library, True and Co. site and CRM migration, to name a few.

The Quality Assurance department is a central team, which serves both CK and Tommy for all product quality related topics. In my role as Claims Coordinator, I coordinate the product quality claims process and support the resolution of the International market claims. Furthermore, I work on for the biannual update of the Global Quality Manual.

I am currently the Regional Trainer for the West Zone at Tommy Hilfiger. My first priority will always be my store, located in Las Vegas, and to ensure it is running efficiently and successfully. As a Regional Trainer, I am a support to the District Trainers and also create and roll out new content to the field in partnership with the Sr. Director of Training and Development.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself.
Savio
I love traveling, reading, yoga, running and scuba diving. I like to believe I am a globe trotter, but I’ve only traveled to about 40 countries thus far. I’ve also co-piloted a Cessna 150 on a tandem aerobatic flight, which was quite an experience!
Alina
During my studies, I worked as flight courier. Therefore, I would get a call in the morning if I can fly to another country in the afternoon. It was always an adventure.
Renee
When I am not at work, besides spending time with my family, I LOVE interior design and I am constantly changing things in my home.
What does being a PVH U ambassador mean to you?
Savio
PVH Ambassador means walking the walk and talking the talk of PVH’s core mission, vision and values. At the heart of this all is a focus and commitment on Inclusion and Diversity. I wake up daily feeling empowered to take the actions that will contribute towards these goals either directly or through active collaboration with my fellow peers, programs and the external communities. It’s an honor and a humbling experience to be a PVH Ambassador and make tangible and meaningful impact within and outside of PVH.
Alina
To continuously improve our knowledge, our (work-) relationships and ourselves, we need to actively learn. To have a tool as the PVH U library to be able to learn and have all those valuable courses is extremely fortunate. I am very happy to be a spokesperson for the PVH U ambassador program to drive engagement for such a valuable tool.
Renee
Being a PVH U Ambassador to me, means I can have a global reach when it comes to training and development rather than just at a Zone level. I can also influence the partnership between Corporate and Field.
What is one tool (or course) from PVH U that you want associates to be aware of?
Savio
I highly recommend getting PVH U Badges. I am still at four aspiring to get more!
Alina
I personally loved the “Insights Discovery” course. It helps to understand your complex work relationships in a simplified way with colour schemes. My whole team did the course, so it’s fun to even describe tasks or processes in this colour scheme and everyone understands.
Renee
There is a course specifically for Tommy Hilfiger that includes Manager and Associate onboarding. I love these courses because they are setting all of our new hires up for success and ensure they get the appropriate training needed.
