The OnCon Icon Awards recognizes the top talent acquisition professionals in the world who have made a considerable impact in their organization, made strong contributions to their professional community, have innovated in their careers, and have exhibited exceptional leadership. Congratulations Aditi!

Describe your role in PVH.

I lead Talent Acquisition for PVH Corporate while managing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators to fulfill the talent requirements of corporate functions like IT, Finance & Accounting, Global Supply Chain, HR, Merchandising, and more!

You are being highlighted for winning the OnCon Icon Award for Top 50 Talent Acquisition Professionals. Congratulations! Explain more about this award and what it means to win?

I was not aware of these awards before they contacted me and told me that someone in the industry had nominated me. It was a complete honor to be a part of such a distinguished crowd of Talent Acquisition Professionals across all industries. After being in Recruiting for about 14 years, it’s a nice recognition for which I am grateful.

What challenges have you had to overcome in the Talent Acquisition space in the past year? How have you overcome those challenges?

The biggest challenge would be the same as everyone else in the entire world, COVID-19! The Talent Acquisition team was furloughed for close to 12 weeks. Our team overcame those challenges by staying connected and empowering each other along the way. If it wasn’t for the amazing group of colleagues I am surrounded by, not sure I would have made it.

What do you like most about working in HR?

The people I meet, conversations I have, lives I touch, and the lifelong relationships I build.
