As a result of the war in Ukraine, PVH Corp. has made the decision to temporarily close our stores and pause commercial activities in Russia and Belarus. This decision follows additional steps we have taken with regard to our business operations in the region, including suspension of our e-commerce sites in Russia on February 28th.
PVH’s first concern is for all people suffering due to the war in Ukraine and escalating humanitarian crisis. We remain focused on and committed to providing all impacted associates and their loved ones with comprehensive financial, operational and emotional support. We also remain in close contact with our business partners in Ukraine who are highly focused on supporting their employees.
PVH and our brands stand by our 550 associates in Russia and our priority is the safety of our local teams and their families. All associates will continue to receive their salary and benefits and we remain closely connected to our teams.
The PVH Foundation is continuing our philanthropic efforts through a corporate donation to the Red Cross and support of relief organizations in the region who are working to bring crucial supplies to those in need in heavily impacted areas of Ukraine and along its borders. Our associates’ donations to relief efforts continue to be double matched.
PVH is closely monitoring the developments in Ukraine, and will adapt our measures and ongoing support for our people as needed.
